NAME Break the Surface
Taken on my birthday with my D40. To get this shot I placed a leaf on the surface of the water and focused on it (because I could not focus on plain water) then my sister threw a stone at the leaf, and touch wood, the droplet would be in focus. after a few shots I got what I wanted. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Location Bidestone, Wilts Date 20/10/2007 Hours before sundown ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Camera Body Nikon D40 Lens 18-55mm 1:3.5 5.6 G Focal Length 55mm Shutter Speed 320th Aperture f9 ISO 200 Tripod Manfrotto 785SHB Filters None used Processing Reprocessed: Sharpened, selective levels adjustment.
